The NLRB went into that environment a few years back (NLRA has jurisdiction in CNMI) and it was a freaking nightmare - as lawless an environment as we had ever encountered. But let's not forget that the whole undocumented worker morass is another side of the same coin - sweatshops moved within our borders. Given the recent "drafting" of local law enforcement to participate in enforcement of immigration laws, how long before we will be seeing forced abortions and so forth here? (Nothing is a crime if the law is not enforced). Do anything we say or you will be deported. I completely agree with you.
